WELL DESERVED!! Liverpool Star Alisson Wins Best FIFA Men’s Goalkeeper 2019

Liverpool big signing goalkeeper Alisson Becker has won The Best FIFA Men’s Goalkeeper 2019 award.

Alisson won the Champions League and UEFA Super Cup with Liverpool last season and lifted the Copa America with Brazil in the summer.

On the individual level, he bagged all three awards for goalkeepers – Champions League Goalkeeper of the Season, Premier League Golden Glove and Copa America Best Goalkeeper.

In another news, The FIFA Best Awards was held on Monday night at the Teatro Alla Scala in Milan.

Lionel Messi, Megan Rapinoe and Jurgen Klopp are some of the winners that emerged on the night.

Messi arch-rival Cristiano Ronaldo and Virgil van Dijk, to the men’s prize.

Rapinoe, who won the world this year, won the women’s award.

The Best FIFA Awards was launched in 2016, after France Football broke the Ballon d’Or away from world football’s governing body following corruption allegations.
